Aliza Chkaiban, Certified Nurse Midwife

Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Aliza grew up in New Jersey and Vermont. Aliza was inspired to pursue a career in Midwifery after her first two daughters were born with the care and guidance of Certified Nurse Midwives. Aliza then moved to Houston where she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse for 7 years.  In 2005 Aliza completed her Masters Degree and Midwifery training at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She was also inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.  Aliza was Board Certified in 2005. Aliza joined our practice in March 2007. She currently resides in McKinney, Texas, along with her husband, 3 daughters and son.
